As Oranje is written on Java so it executable file is a Jar file not Exe file so in some case Winrar associates with .Jar file and every time you clicked on it, it does open Winrar instead of Oranje so in order to fixed this problem follow this tutorial!
Step #1
Open Start Menu and search for Winrar and then open it and then click on Options then Settings
Step #2
Now you will get small Settings window now click on Integration tab and uncheck Jar and click ok
You are done :)
